Our easy-to-use, self-service patient portal is available 24/7 and lets you complete common tasks over a secure internet connection from any computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Features of our patient portal include:
- Access your child’s health records (records include: immunizations, medications, allergies and diagnoses)
- Request appointments
- Request prescription refills
- Review and pay bills online
- Communicate securely with members of our staff.
Once you have created your account you can access all of your children’s health records from one drop down menu. To sign up for the portal, call us at 907-562-2120.
- Log in to your Patient Portal account
- Select the name of the child by clicking on the arrow next to your name at the top of the screen
- Click “Send a Message” at the top of the screen
- In the new window, select the provider from the drop-down menu
- Type a subject and your message
- Click “Send”
- Login to your patient portal account
- Select the name of your child by clicking the arrow next to your name at the top of the screen
- Click on “Schedule an Appointment”
- In the new window, select a provider
- Write a reason for the appointment
- Fill in any information under “When Do You Want An Appointment?”
- Click “Add This Time Slot”
- Click Submit
- Log in to your Patient Portal account
- Select child’s name by clicking on the arrow next to your name at the top of the screen
- Click on the “My Health” tab, then on the “Medications” tab
- Select the prescription to refill.
- A new window will open with the provider’s name, prescribed medication & information.
- Click “Send”
