How to Send a Secure Message

  1. Log in to your Patient Portal account
  2. Select the name of the child your message is in regards to by clicking on the arrow next to your name at the top of the screen
  3. Click “Send a Message” at the top of the screen
  4. In the new window, select the provider from the drop-down menu
  5. Type a subject and your message and click “Send”

How to Request an Appointment

  1. Login to your patient portal account
  2. Select the name of the child you would like an appointment for by clicking on the arrow next to your name at the top of the screen
  3. Click on “Schedule an Appointment” at the top of the screen
  4. In the new window that appears, select a provider
  5. Write a reason for appointment, such as “School Physical” or “Sick Visit”
  6. Fill in any information under “When Do You Want An Appointment?” that applies
  7. Click “Add This Time Slot”
  8. Click Submit

How to Request a Prescription Refill

  1. Log in to your Patient Portal account
  2. Select the name of the child you would like the prescription refill for by clicking on the arrow next to your name at the top of the screen
  3. Click on the “My Health” tab, then on the “Medications” tab
  4. You should see a list of medications that we have prescribed to your child
  5. Select the prescription that you would like refilled by clicking on the pill bottle at the right of the prescription
  6. A new window will open with the provider’s name who prescribed the mediation and the medication information
  7. Click “Send”
